So I was talking to a fellow coworker this afternoon about who pisses you off more:Terell Owens or Randy Moss.I know many of you are tired of hearing about these people but i was curious about what the general concensus is.And the question is NOT who are you more tired of hearing about, but from a football standpoint, Is it more frustrating to have a loudmouth egotistical player such as T.O. who makes everyone miserable, or a enigmatic, self-admitted lazy player is is open about taking plays off and giving 100% only when he feels like it.Assuming T.O. plays, I would have to say that Moss would be more frustrating. Both have/had the potential to be the G.O.A.T but even when Owens had a broken ankle, no one can doubt that he gave his all in the Super Bowl.Interesting debate? YesDumb Thread? Of Coursewhat are your thoughts on this? Who is a bigger dissapointment?

TO, he hasn't disappeared yet and Moss is so obsure now I don't even remember what he did (aside from the fake mooning everyone got bent out of shape over)

Randy Moss would be the one that I like the least. Since all I really care about is the game, I want to watch the one who plays hard and does it all the time. Moss is a one trick pony and only gets up for his one trick. Owens has too much pride to slack off in a game.[Edited on January 10, 2006 at 4:51 PM. Reason : .]

Owens is a horse on the field - I forgot who said it, but it was right after the Washington game where McNabb threw the INT at the end (I think it was Eric Allen), but if I could have Owens on just Sunday, then I'd take him. No amount of talent is worth what he does to team chemistry, quarterbacks' confidence, and the appearance/notability of the TEAM (ie, not his team in the media simply because he happens to be there)Randy Moss is more introverted IMO and it takes a bit more for him to tick. However, I don't like how noticeably lazy he is on some plays, sometimes for a string of plays.Terrell could easily piss me off six days out of the week, with the distinct possibility of a seventh if things don't go right on game day. Moss is pretty much guaranteed to do something that makes you think WTF on game day, but the rest of the week is a crapshoot and he's been better recently.

i like moss more just because TO pulled so much shit in the last couple years

all of a sudden moss can't stay healthy, but he's still a top 3 receiver. i'd probably take him just because he wouldn't infect the clubhouse as much, thereby ensuring that at least he doesn't affect anyone else's play

TO

Moss without question. He has about the biggest non-QB contract in the league & doesn't care. If TO had Moss's contract, he wouldn't be nearly as big of a problem. TO is vastly underpaid (which is his previous agents fault) & even then he is a hard worker & as good as any.For comparison - Moss had a base salary of 7.25, with a cap # of ~10MOwens had a base salary of ~3 with a cap # ~5-6Mv TO isn't the hardest worker around, but compared to Moss though, TO always gives 200%.[Edited on January 10, 2006 at 6:26 PM. Terrell Owens doesn't play any harder than Randy Moss, but he damn sure likes to brag about giving 110%. anyone that's actually watched him fuck around on the field instead of rush blocking would realize he only plays hard if he thinks the ball is coming his way.
