is actually a lot better than i thought...it's not really teeny bop songs, but a stevie ray vaughan-esque blues cd (which is what john mayer was doing before he went mainstream)...it's actually worth a listen if you like blues music...i don't know if the cd makes up for his hair though...

I picked up the live album they have out over thanksgiving, the music pretty good but the recording isn't the best.

it's actually a lot better than john mayer's last cd...i liked him a lot before he started having videos on mtv...but this seems to be back to the type of music he was doing...i was pretty surprised with it

I hate to admit this, but this cd is actually decent. Just downloaded it a few minutes ago, much more focused on the music, which is his obvious strong point. FWIW, I hate Mayer as a general rule.

It should sound like Hendrix considering Hendrix wrote the song and it's on Axis: Bold as Love.
