When I first moved in everything was great but last night I thought someone decided they just couldn't make it to the grass and puked beside my door. Told office staff got cleaned up asap. Now I come home today from work and find shit beside my door. I'm guessing I was wrong and it is someones dog. I plan on going up to the office when they open tomorrow but any suggestions on what else I can do about this? I do not plan on coming home everyday to find this because some asshole is to lazy to take their dog to the grass.

It's not just a matter of getting the dog to the grass, but the fact that the owner just isn't cleaning up after the dog whatsoever. This is really rude, and you should see if the apt. complex can track the person down, or see who regularly walks their dog around your apt.

yes I am going to see what the apt complex can do along with the fact of asking once the person is found what type of action can be taken against them since I seriously doubt a verbal warning would do shit

Complain to the office. They'll more than likely at least put out a notice to everyone about "dont do this crap". if not something more (well, if you live at a complex where the staff cares, which from your post i assume they do)

I am the farthest thing from a shitty neighbor. I keep to myself and don't play loud music at undecent hours or have parties etc. I know one neighbor and other than that keep to myself because of my work schedule so no that would not be the reason this person let their dog do this. Either way the problem has been handled with a notice by the apt complex to start off with and then go from their.
