This may challenge the notion that there are no stupid questions....

When I open the Envelops & Labels tool and click the address book button i get this error

Login failed. You must log on to MS Exchange to access your address book.
Error Code: "Unspecified error".

I've used this feature before, but i don't remember what i did to set it up

I figure a quick Google search or two for MS Word address book and/or MS exchange will produce an obvious solution

However, the more I search the more confused I get, but I can't help but think this is something simple

Someone please tell me what to do the get the address book to work

It's Microsoft Word 2002 SP3

your outlook is configured to store addresses on an Exchange Server.

ok that makes sense, but i don't use outlook

i assume there are other options?
