I think guys like that writer are the reason people still look at race for everything, your a minority your never going to have the majority of a head coaching jobs hence the word minority.

You just have to hope that most people don't take shit like this seriously. I really doubt that skin color has anything to do with who gets hired as a coach, NFL or otherwise. People just love to stir up the topic of racism.
