I am looking for a third roomate for my condo. I live in University Woods in one of the three bedroom units.
Currently there is one male (myself) and two females living here. One of them is moving. The female is a senior in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and I am a senior in Technology Education.
I am looking for a male of female. The only restriction is you must be a non smoker/ non substance abuser. We occasionally have gatherings here, but no off the wall parties.
The rent is $400 a month. That includes: furniture (queen bed, armuar, desk, 2 night stands, book shelf), water, electricity, cable, Road Runner (Wired and wireless internet), and more. The entire place is fully furnished, as it is my third year living here. Living room has 32'' TV, PS2, leather couch, love seat, and massage chair.
