#1 - you probably will get the most money out of transportation. The one thing they're actually fair with (or were in decemeber at least).#2 - Check out the parking map however, a DC permit is good in E F and S spots I believe and *maybe* DD. Regardless, the Cent. Deck does include DC in the acceptable permit list.Dont blame me if i'm wrong about the zones. But i know i'm right about cent.
