I am attempting to move our 05 data over to 06 for Monday. I have a PT that the girl before me created that I need to modify for 06. My source data has headers:

"Vendor" "Catagory" "Date" and "Week ending." (And some other irrelevant headers).

Somehow she created a new "header" for the PT breaking the data up into months, so that in my pivot table, I have the option to drag "Month" into the table.

There is no header "Month" in the source data, and it's not a calculated field. I think she may have created the PT originally in SQL, but I can't see anything that I can copy and paste into my PT to yeild this result. Any ideas?

edit: Also, I cannot just copy the PT over and replace the source data link. Her programming was either convoluted enough to make Excel spit any SQL changes back out, or she is some kind of Excel wizard and I am incapable of figuring it out.
