So...I no longer have access to the NCSU provided virus software (and haven't for about a year and half now, since I graduated). I've updated Norton as often as I could up until about a month ago when I started getting error messages that some files were missing. My question to ya'll is what is the best antivirus software out there? Should I stick with Norton or go with some other software when I upgrade?

Another vote for AVG, uses minimal system resources and it's FREE

AVG for a free one. Symantec for a provided one. Many Internet Service Providers usually give antivirus when you sign up. Call yours and see if they offer it.

why dont you just im someone that you know still goes to state, tell them to download the setup file, and send it through aim, that way you dont even have to download any new software because everyone with a life has aim
