Out of curiosity, under what pretense are they going to levy such federal fines against merchants since given last I checked, the feds only have the right to regulate interstate commerce, and it's going to be damn tough for them to convince me or anyone who thinks about it that something like that would fall under interstate commerce.

fortunately this video game should fail on first amendment groundsbut lately who knowsmaybe this will be another fine moment for the court to push for more of Justice Breyer's "active liberty" (in the old days it was called tyranny of the majority)
