BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz1/2 c. butter3/4 c. celery3/4 c. onion2 c. Minute rice, uncooked1 can mushrooms2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawedMix soup, cheese, and butter; cook over low heat. Stir to mix well. Add other ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and continue cooking 45 minutes to 1 hour.

These might seem traditional but people get tired of the same old thing. Our family get together now has sesame grilled asparagus every year at Thanksgiving because it went over so well (even people who swore they hated asparagus).
