i have to have that 3/8 size though, or something just slightly larger and a matching tap.
12/17/2005 12:25:56 AM
you couldn't use the 1/2 in ones? i have a 1/2 in tap you could use if needed
12/17/2005 12:26:54 AM
nope, this is for removing the needle bearings for the rotor shafts on an eaton M90 supercharger. cant go drilling big holes in the thing.
12/17/2005 12:28:39 AM

you could always put the nut on or notch out a space for the hex head or use both the wood and a clamp. you've got enough brains to figure that out. But i'm assuming you're being somewhat of a smartass
12/17/2005 10:52:04 AM

12/17/2005 11:41:27 AM

12/17/2005 3:28:44 PM
i think i actually got it to work, the hole aint perfect but close enough
12/18/2005 10:24:14 AM
If need be I have a lathe and I guess we could make it... just buy a good bolt chuck it up and center drill it, then put a grease fitting in the end.
12/18/2005 11:44:29 AM
yeah thats what i did. the hole all the way through is only 1/8 and then i drilled out about another 3/4 of an inch or so big enough to tap it for the grease fitting.
12/18/2005 12:32:57 PM
what was it for again? ass lubing?
