Water or milk.And it tastes better if you don't use so much liquid. 4-6oz is more than enough. After that it tastes shittier and shittier the more liquid you add.Oh yeah, stirring it makes it hard to get the clumps out. Ice, milk, peanut butter, ground flax seed, and a shit ton of chocolate syrup.Instant coffee powder in place fo the PB works great too in the morning.

I use rice milk, frozen fruit, orange concentrate, milled flax seed or flax oil, cinnamon (lowers glucose), or add a fresh banana (raises glucose a bit), egg white (if you are going for more protein), cocoa powder (not sweetened, very good for you), stevia for sweetner... Lots of other things can be added.
