it was similar to all the other exams, except longer. You probably want to review key concepts from the notes and lab.

Study all of your past exams -- I remember getting that test and it being really thick (like 14 pages) and being intimidated, but it wasn't bad. You should do fine if you study all of the past exams and make sure to look over the study questions from each exam

he said in class that the final is 20 short answer and 60 multiple choice

the 4th midterm is the same format at the others
