i have already gotten my pic taken at kinko's, but didnt know where the nearest office was to get the passport made, and needed to know what all information i would need to bring, is it something that i can do in one visit then have it sent off?

go to the post office across from the harris teeter on oberlin.bring a few forms of id, and know your parents birth place.may need a birth certificate, i dont remember.you could probably call them and make sure all you need.

You do need a birth certificate and it has to be an original or a notarized copy (stamped with a seal or signed).
