where can i find whats the speed difference between the Ultra II memory sticks and the non-ultra's??? I looked at anandtech but found nothing. Any help?

Ultra II is for SLRs and high-speed shooting.

so if i have movies saved on it, would i access files faster if i use the stick in my cell phone or PSP or will it not make a difference unless i have a digicam with video recording capabilities?

Negligible. Buying ultra II for a cell phone is like buying premium gas for a dodge neon.
