^Do you know what brand that thing was? Can't find any info on it.Keep watching the bargain websites over the next month, and they'll have several flash drives posted. It really depends what you want out of a flash drive and how much storage space you think you'll need. Some of them have built in programs which do encryption/file shredding, some don't. Lexar Secure II 2gb drive was $70 AR at Circuit City.

My girlfriend just wants one for Christmas that she can take for her papers from nursing school and all. So, it probably can be small, 512MB at the most.By the way, thanks, dmidkiff for the info about salescircular.com. I never knew it existed.
