Some of my favorite signs from State games from '96-'01:

"Pubes" - I think this one was brought to a Carolina game in the RBC Center. The sign was also covered in pubic hair that was pasted to it (or leg hair). Survived about a half until a disgusted Gale Force employee took it away.

"Cliff Crawford Buck Naked And Raw" - Not sure how this one survived, but I spotted it several times in the endzone seating. A couple of girls made it and held it up.

"Any Given Grunday" - Popular sign. The Anthony Grundy Gumby picture was also popular.

"Shyatt Happens" - Saw this one at a Clemson game for Head Coach Larry Shyatt.

And one that I've seen referenced often goes back to before my time. The 80's when UNC had Dick Crum as head coach:

"I'd rather have jock itch than Dick Crum"

Not so much a sign, but a cheer.

Gator Bowl, 2002, NCSU was clearly ahead in the 4th Quarter and one of the ND players got injured, and everyone started chanting "Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!"

People were chanting Rudy because one of our walk ons (Joe somethingoranother... was a friend of my suitemate at the time) got in the game. He was the Rudy of the team before we ever played Notre Dame. He came in and very nearly picked off a pass. I mean, he had it, but just plain dropped it.

I remember during the time Kenny Inge was here a poster of his picture put in Kenny's orange coat from south park. When ever Inge was fouled my little group would yell, "Oh my God you fouled Kenny! YOU BASTARD!!!!"
