I'm listening to Hark! Songs for Christmas by Sufjan Stevens right now.

Then there's Low's Christmas album.

The Flaming Lips had a Christmas song on one of their EPs.

What else? Any other winter holidays are cool, too. Isn't there a Beck Hanukkah song?

I don't think it's an actual released album. cifnumbers or one of them niggas posted a torrent in the sufjan thread.

Yeah, Elvis had some good stuff, and there's a million and one standards, but I refuse to listen to anything I would hear in a department store voluntarily.
