The Big Bad Show by far. I think it only came on cable access (channel 10). It was bad, and big I guess. The last time I saw it had to be a good five years ago. The only show I remember was one where they were going around town with their puffy jackets. The Larry Pickett Show wasn't very good. I remember back in the day he would have the worst $#!+ metal bands of all time on the show. I mean the guys on the show would be sub-garage quality. I remember one show where they talked up this one "death metal" band for 30 minutes, they looked like a bunch of 16 year olds. The whole 30 minutes they were "dark" this and "hardest" that. At the end of the show they finally played. They suuuuucked... like a bunch of 16 year olds that got their guitars last christmas would I guess. All of this was before he got his gig on channel 17. That turned out to be nothing more than LP gets to talk to star xyz for 5 seconds and the star gets to pretend like he cares. An amateur Access Hollywood.About 5 years ago channel 10 also had this one guy who was in a semi-respectable (but not enough to escape Raleigh) band. He was mostly bald and had short brown hair. They would play his show and do a few of his music videos. One I will never forget. It was his girlfriend/wife/random woman posing around Pullen Park to some pretty crappy music. That was the whole video. Her posing at Pullen.

I'm gonna have to say they both suck equally.Anyone remember "The Metal Method" or whatever? That show rocked! And ET Rocks sucked so bad. I mean, I had a hard time believing anything could suck that bad. One of my housemates always watched it. Six years later and I still can't get over how bad it sucked.[Edited on November 29, 2005 at 2:48 PM. Reason : s]

Big Bad Show was the fuckin' heat. The one where he was yellin' about dog feces was my most memorable. I remember callin' that bitch up just to cuss at 'em or talk about that other dudes sister.LP was pretty cool. We'd get in his chatroom and talk some smack or make some shit up to get him to say our names on the air. Funny shit there. What was that show with that stupid fat fuck that would just sit there in front of the camera for like 30 minutes staring and would occasionally pick up the phone? THAT was the worst show to ever be aired on this planet. Al-Jazeera wouldn't show that shit because it was that fucking bad.

The only funny thing I remember from The Big Bad Show was when one of the guys was trying to get a dollar to buy some Sprite because it was so hot out. They showed him sweating and he was like "Come on man, just break me off a piece; let me get a dolla." Shit made me laugh for some reason.

Big Bad Show, by far. I haven't seen it since '01 or so. Remember that rap video they made--"In da Snow"? "I go sleddin', in da snow. I drive my Escamalade, in da snow..." That shit still cracks me up. I often wonder what happened to those guys.

^well John goes to NC school of the arts, studying filmmaking. he made a movie a few years back that played at the rialto that was really good. kid's gonna be famous one day.we were good friends in highschool and we used to anchor the news show together. we did a skit for the big bad show too...nobody probably remembers but it was when we went on a blind date and he took me to KFC and tried to sneak in the movie theater. so even though it's obvious, my vote is for The Big Bad Show.

Big bad show. never got into larry picket. early this year there was a religious show on cable acces with a couple of black guys. they claimed that whenever the bible referred to the jews, it was really talking about black people. it was funny because they would be in full middle eastern wardrode and an NBA throw-back jersey or somesuch.

Anybody remember a show called "Rob and Bill" that was a local show on NBC of two NC State fraternity guys, it was funny as hell. Came on right after Saturday Night Live. Early to mid-90's...Anybody else recall it?
