I just type their name in with the city they are from into google which usually pulls address & phone up in their yellow pages.

Aren't you a cop? just get on your national database and put in the info. unless technically you're not supposed to do that. But a buddy of mine did it for me once.

There are no "free" searches that I know of. most of the people searches start at like $10. for a phone number and address, and even then you might get a bunch of different ones you have to sort through. I assume you have some kind of starting point like original address, where they are from, known family members, etc. good luck.
