I'm just trying to guage what people know about DVD Players and how difficult it is to fix them. I've got a SONY that isn't quite up to par at the moment and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to try to fix it. If you have any knowledge about this type of thing, please share!

depends what's wrong with it, but it's not likely worth it to fix it. seeing as you can get a low-end player for $30 at best buy or wal-mart, who cares? just get another one.

yeah unless you're looking for something special they're a dime a dozen nowadays
