No it's not. Only Duke has all their meaningless early season games against the likes of Davidson televised nationally. I mean seriously, we can't get a local broadcast of any of our games but dook gets 28 of 30 games televised NATIONALLY!

UConn and UNC have the next most at 17 each.

I suppose. It's just frustrating to turn on ESPN/2 any given night and see Lee Melchionni celebrate like he just won a national championship after hitting a layup against Western Carolina for the Deaf and Dumb when i can't even see ANY of our OOC games even local..

^^^There are just as many fans nationally for other powerhouses and you know it -- in fact the Duke fanbase is relatively small compared to some public schools. Your smugness is what I fucking CAN NOT STAND about Duke fans. Acting like good college basketball isn't played elsehwere. I've got news for you.. a few other schools have more national championships then your nerdy private school has the last 10 years or so..

It's simply because ESPN creams their pants whenever the word Duke is mentioned. Plain and simple. The ratings for the game today were god awful low I'm sure going up against college football rivalries like Bama/Auburn.
