they need to really get rid of that

save it for 3 minutes left in the game after the fast fight song when everyone's already pumped up and into the game

the player intros used to get the fans hyped up for he game pretty well, but there isn't even an intro this season

its sad to see all the mindless drones/fans in the rbc center stand up with their hands over their head and clap just because some fat guy told them to start a new tradition

we aren't duke, we don't need our fans to be instructed

yeah i don't like doing it before the game like that either, it kind of takes away from the greatness of it being at the end

i also hate the little instructional video they show too. in fact, that's the worst part. i hope they can the video at least if they are going to continue doing it. i realize they show it now so they can get people to do it, but just imagine how gay/embarassing that will be if they still show it when ACC play starts up.

A) they never have player intros for exhibition games, they will most certainly have one this Friday I'm sure.

B) the pre-game clap is pretty cool if we could do it without hearing that jackass mean gene introduce it first, when we have a full stadium it will be as impressive as it is later in the game and should really help spark the team.

Oh all right.

Well I hope to be back in Raleigh as a grad student in January so I can go to all the games, but it's kind of hard to get to any when I live 300 miles away. That's why I was asking.

As long as it's still at the end, that's cool with me. Talk about a give-you-the-chills moment. I always loved that part.

Yeah it would be cool if we could do it at the beginning of the game right as the player intros are ending when everyone is pumped...and that dildomunch didnt order everyone to do it.

That is what I am guessing is going to happen. Mean Gene says it's going to be a tradition, so it would seem like they are only playing it to help catch it on.

Theyve done intros, they just did them old school style...unfortunately Im guessing that wont last.

But I agree, fast fight is for the last official timeout, NOT something to be hacked up put thrown in before the game starts. MAYBE if everyone knew the words to the fight song and sang it might be cool, but otherwise, no.
