did you see that kid law professor? "What does it say when we immasculate the other team with a color that symbolizes women and gay men?" blah blah blahI really really really really hate people sometimes.

hahah yea, people take things too far i wish they woulda interviewed Cam'Ron, he woulda been like"No Homo"
11/14/2005 9:14:25 AM
So what does "Cam'ron" have to do with anything?

It's really kind of annoying when people get on their politically correct horse and act like a pink locker room (which a gay man will never see because gay men don't play football, they give makeovers) will offend the homos. I thought the idea of painting a locker room pink to get in the minds of the opponents was a pretty good idea.I suppose the pink panther is also a homophobic biggot.

surely y'all remember when ESPN showed this same damn story a few months agoit's like that Adrian Peterson "all day" story that they showed over and over
11/14/2005 11:07:02 AM
We do it to other teamsThe visitor locker room has duct work but is not conected to the AC. All it gets is heat.
11/14/2005 11:08:33 AM
^^yep, it was on Gameday one of the early weeks of the seasonthis story is pointless, and has no legs, i bet ESPN had to search the bushes to find those people that were against itit is funny, it is a great college tradition, and I hope Iowa keeps it goingwhat next, mascots doing girl pushups so as not to offend anyone, no masculine grunts by the team during the game, and on and on and on

if its not the pink walls/urinals/lockers/etc. then its something else wrong with the visiting lockerroom. i've worked for various athletic teams and the older visiting lockerrooms for the most part are shitholes. only the new/renovated stadiums are nice. they're typically 1/2 the size or smaller or not enough lockers. the AAA richmond braves lockerroom is a classic example. they're only 23 lockers when teams carry 24 plus DL guys so you're talking about AAA ball players who may be big leaguers down on rehab or back and forth from the show and they have to double up. not to mention the lockers were so small you could barely sit down in one. as usual the media blows something out of proportion.
