i cannot turn off autoformatting in word here at work, and it is driving me batty, b/c it keeps screwing up my notes.

i didn't try to do any new heading or category, and it now is trying to put a secondary section 3/4 across the page.

i thought it had, but when i went to try to type it again, it was still doing that.

somehow, i have managed to get it to let me do things manually now, which is good, but before i leave, i have to figure out how to get it the way it was

When you type something and it auto-formats, you can press Ctrl+Z to undo the autoformatting.

but i hope, for in the future, that there is a way to make this damn thing less retarded.
