i don't want it opening new windows for anything, just load everything in a tab

i know i could do this before - can't find the option right now. i think it got buried into the about:config.

anyone know off the top of their heads? i think it was in browser.tabs.* or browser.window.* but i'm not sure

i searched through about:config and found the answer.
