If you have experience (co-op, internships, etc.) then probably pretty good.If you have a degree and nothing else, not so much.

i graduated CHE in dec 2003. Co-oped. good grades. No offers until March. I think the whole process is geared towards the May graduates.And yeah, it does matter who you know. Especially if you don't have a 4.0 and a face for GQ.good luck

^When did you start applying for jobs? A few people I have known began sending resumes at the beginning of their senior year and got job offers (for jobs starting the following May) before they even finished the semester.
