I have intermittent RR problems from time to time. It seems to be worse in hotter weather... I know it sounds stupid, but its the only correllation I can come up with.

we have to reset our modem once every week or two... i dunno if that has anything to do with RR... or just the shitty modem they gave us

^ Get them to come out and measure the signal strength. The model is much more picky than your TV for signal. Watch how many times you split it too (if at all).
