I'll be desert bound shortly, and i've lost my belief somewhere along the way. Without being dramatic looking for a prayer group or something to cover my ass. I'm not looking for your opinions about religion or my beliefs, so please keep them to yourselves. If you're a christian religious group that IS NOT overbearing and trying to change my life, please respond. I'm looking for a group to possibly pray with me without judging my beliefs. Thank you.Brian

I wont comment on what you believe, but man did you choose the wrong place to ask.

if you want something helpful, I advise not asking here, but if you watch Joel Osteen on Sunday mornings, he is totally incredible. I am not Christian, I am Muslim, but seriously when I watch the stuff he says, it is very helpful and he has a great book too. If you go to his website, I think you can watch it online too, and he says group prayers at the end.Good LUCK

You can find salvation on the television.Sure.

I would like to be the first to say...You're retarded.I suggest watching the show "Neon Genesis Evangelion" though, you can probably find it at Blockbuster. The first 2 or so episodes are kind of slow, but stick with it, you'll like it.

Being a person who lost my dad to Kenneth Kopeland and all those evangelical tv mutherfucks....anyone who gets religion out of a tv needs a beatdown

The church i go to on sunday mornings, Vintage21, might be what you're looking for. The tag line for the church is that we're a group of God followers, God doubters and God seekers. I think about 25% of the people there every sunday would not identify as christian....they're just checking it out. And they usually feel comfortable. We're at 209 Oberlin Rd., and the services are 9:30 and 11:15. Also, the third tuesday of every month is Theology on Tap at Mitch's where we sit around, drink beer, and contemplate life and faith.

A beer drinking church group?...sounds like a winner.

depends on how open-minded you're looking for. if you want "radically" open minded and xtn, try the unitarian universalists.
