Yes, I do use scp on Linux, but I'd also like to have something GUI based.

i believe gtfp can do sftp
which is not scp, but probably more what you want anyway
(normally enabled by default over an ssh connection just like scp)
they have a gtk frontend

if you are running kde, you can just use konqueror. just put the following in the location bar:

fish://destination.host.org

you should be set.
