Find an honest looking person outside before the game and buy from them. The scalpers are arse holes. I really hate most of them. Especially the loud red faced drunk that is out there every night.

You can also use your student ID on the day of the game to get discounted tickets.

that's pretty awesome--I thought the best discount available was the student/vic card. i'll definitely be using that and then finding myself a better seat during the game.

if you go in the day of, students get 5 bucks off upper level seats and 15 off lower level. You can pick where you want to sit or how much you wanna pay. you just need you student ID. or find someone that works there that gets them at season ticket holder prices.

^^I may be mistaken but I heard the student discount is $20 off the lower bowl...either way, sweet deal.

yeah they are 20 dollars off lower level seats. Its a pretty sweet deal. I went to the Flyers game the other day and had awesome seats for only 32 dollars.
