Has anyone had Chukwu for this class, I had him for 121 but I dont know how he would be for a harder upper level class. any advice.

well you have two options, switch classes, or insert a razor blade underneath your skin everyday before class so that you can say to youself "hey, with this razorblade underneath my skin, his idiocy isnt that painful by comparison"

hes pretty easy. he usually just gave out a "review" test a couple of days before our real tests and it was pretty much the same problems with different numbers. ive head good things about hong, but dont know from experience.

Easy A+, but you won't learn a damn thing. Nice guy, but absolutely clueless when it comes to instructing a class. He's a looney genius. Definitely go with someone else if you'd like to walk out of Diffy Q knowing a bit about Diffy Q.

However, the book is pretty good. So if you can learn easily on your own, get an easy A+. Just don't expect Dr. Chukwu to impart any substantial info. Except of course, "Goodness grows in North Carolina."

I learned alot in his class because all he does is give examples, and that is how I learn. He is also really optomistic, so he is always in a good mood. Hes the man, but some people dont like him. You just need to sit up front cause when he tells stories(which are interesting) he gets real quiet.

I got an easy B, never went to class, just two days before to gave out the review. I never really understood what was going on in the class to begin with anyway not because its hard, just I didn't understand what he was saying. His hand written notes look horrible, and his lectures are disorganized. If you are a MAE you'll learn what you need to know from that class later. Don't get me wrong Chukwu is a awesome human being, really nice guy. Just blows as a professor.
