i couldnt stand to own my ps2 long enough to wait for it. i mean (relatively) lately some better games have been coming out (shadow of collosus, god of war, soul calibur 3, etc) but beyond that meh. why couldnt they make it all systems again.

after spending $200 on my ps2, it was just so annoying to have it sitting there. I couldn't stand it! eventually i was forced to turn it in for $30 credit at EB games!!!

they musta made plenty of money on soul calibur 2, i dont know what sony had. probably naked pics of the creators daughter or something.

anyway yeah, ps2 games are massive in quantity but really lacking in anything but 3-4 major series and a ton of rpg games.

Sony spent money to keep SC3 on the PS2. According to EGM, Sony's actually distributing the game in Europe. SC2 on the GC outsold the PS2 and Xbox versions, thanks to Link's inclusion in the game, so I guess Sony wasn't having any of that the next go-around.
