ok i installed windows xp and partioioned my 300GB hard drive

i have a second hard drive that is 10 GB that has my back up for my documents

for some reason, its not showing in the my computer the 10 GB Hard drive and i dont know why?

in the controll panel its fine and it recognizes it

its formatted in the FAT32 while the 300GB is NTFS...do u think thats the reason its not showing?
