Any input on which one? How hard are they to set up to your phone? Last, with using, whenever I am wearing the headset and a call comes in, will I still have to answer it from my phone, or can I answer it straight from the headset?

as long as they are synced - answer from headset - don't take people's recommendations - buy them - try them - return the ones you don't want

I generally like plantronics stuff, but you really do have to try them first. Big comfort thing with anything to do with fitting the ear. Also, some people have complained with bizzare compatability issues with certain phones, but that could always be idiocy rather than real incompatibility.
