If you have a favorite song that exemplifies a band's singing talent, go ahead and post it.

It's kind of hard for me, because I typically listen to jam bands, but I'll go ahead and say:

moe. - Rebubula

Bloc Party's singer is a black emo dude. I was fucking shocked when I found this out a while back. I didn't think many of them existed.

Good band though. Very good.

I'm probably going to get jumped all over for saying this, but Amy Lee of Evanescence has a really good voice...

I really like the disco biscuits but they are the worst singers I think I have ever seen perform. I'll say talented musicians and good songwriters but good singers is out of the question.

The Beach Boys are obvious, but "The Warmth of the Sun" really shows off Brian's range, as does the original piano version of "Surf's Up."

Thank god someone had the sense to mention Jeff Buckley, outstanding.
Amy Lee? UGH-one note wonder...

I'd like to add
Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil. Any song will do. She is amazing and versatile.

Can't think of his name right now,but the singer for Evergrey is amazing as well.

And I adore the guy from Funeral for a Friend,so sue me,lol.
