when the funds reach a certain level (say $500.00), suspend esgargs for 2 weeks. When they reach another milestone (say $1000.00) suspend all of Sarose's aliases for 2 weeks. When it reaches $5000.00 ban esgargs and block sarose's subdomain.

eh whatever you guys get my point about the subdomain thing. networking is boring. i was talking about that group of IP addresses that she is a part of. Sure, it will result in a bit of collateral damage, but i think its worth it. Like i said, though, modify the idea as you see fit

and it might surprise you that there is more to engineering than understanding mysql and internet protocols

maybe for $100.00 you can actually nominate someone's username to be subject to this... Make it expensive enough that people have to be serious about it, but allow the users to self-moderate in extreme cases - AND MAKE MONEY TOO
