Has anyone recently seen U2's Vertigo tour concert ? I am going to their concert on Tuesday in Boston.. kinda excited. But would love to know what tracks they are playing these days.

I'm hoping to see them in Charlotte, depends if my uncle can get some tix from the agency he works for. Anyway, I hear Kanye West will be the opening act for them in a few shows (I think in December).

I saw them in Boston this spring - it was awesome. U2 has a special connection with Boston so its always one of the better shows in the tour

As a looong-time fan of the band, and this being my first time seeing them, i was impressed, but disappointed with the setlist. Everything sounded great. The deserve every bit of their reputation as a great live band. Their sound is huge.

On the other hand.. I could have done with a lot more 'Achtung baby' and 'Unforgettable Fire' and a lot less 'Atomic Bomb' and 'All you can't leave behind.' I know that's the material that is new, and that's what they're trying to sell and all, but I just found myself kinda bored during some of the newer songs. I know them almost as well as the old stuff, I just think the older material is far superior, and I would rather they played older stuff all night.

To everyone going tonight.. have fun.. I've never seen the MCI Center so packed full of people.. and the crowd was great. And for as much as I complained.. I still had a great time, and can't wait to see them again in December.
