black people are lazy
9/28/2005 12:50:29 AM
capitalism is great for the poor people, but the poor people are too lazy to work and do anything worthwhile so theyre just missing out on all the fun. handouts are not outlined in the constitution and are for TRAITORS, SISSIES, and the FRENCH.

Norway looks pretty sweet. It's probably because they're so staunchly capitalist.
9/28/2005 12:16:42 PM
^ I'm sure you realize, but its because they are so staunchly drowning in oil. Oil and gas make up about 1/3rd of their annual exports. "Only Saudi Arabia and Russia export more oil than Norway"
9/28/2005 2:25:34 PM
texas has oil tooOH SNAP
9/28/2005 2:41:31 PM
Good point. I wonder what percentage of texas' exports is petroleum products?
9/28/2005 4:36:00 PM
you're the economist, you tell me
9/28/2005 4:42:06 PM

9/28/2005 5:09:48 PM
here's a "real world" wakeup for all the leftyou know how you cant even comprehend how somebody could lean republican or give 1/16 of a compliment to bush because he's a moron with an IQ of 2?well over half the voting country disagrees with you, YOU are the minority (according to who voted in the last presidential election)
9/28/2005 5:10:54 PM
JESUS WAS A MINORITY TOO!!!1
9/28/2005 5:19:37 PM
^^ First off, read the latest polls. Bush doesn't have all that much support. The election was a while back buddy; your news is old so don't act all proud as though the condescending garbage you're posting is freshly realized or enlightening. Who the hell said liberalism wasn't in the minority anyways? Who do you think you're correcting? Since when is the majority automatically correct? Sometimes the majority is quite painfully wrong in almost every way. What does pointing out that the left had a shitty candidate in 2004 have to do with anything?
9/28/2005 5:40:53 PM
49% of the country might be a minority in technical terms, but it doesnt mandate shit.thats like saying a team that lost by one point got blown out
9/28/2005 6:42:59 PM
I love that he had to add this:
9/28/2005 6:49:49 PM
9/28/2005 6:52:35 PM
soA little more than 1/2 of the people in the country can voteand less than 1/2 doand only a little more than 1/2 voted for bushwow1/2of1/2of 1/2of america supports bushMAN, THAT IS OVERWHELMING SUPPORT THAT SURELY REPRESENTS A "MANDATE"psthe big girl is starting to make me laugh

and you think theres no room for credentials outside of capitalism, that everyone is just given every thing and thats it?the necessities of human life should be guaranteed. i would hope most humans would support making sure everyone can sustain themselves.but im sure i just dont "get it". you know, there is the possibility of trying new systems, new ideas, new concepts that have yet to be tested. dont write off everything but all out capitalism yet. who knows what will come down the road?[Edited on September 28, 2005 at 11:29 PM. Reason : .]
9/28/2005 11:27:28 PM
^ You just don't get it. true capitalists don't really worry about people's necessities because last we knew even the poor were sentient human beings capable of rational thought and prior planning. As such, how the fuck is such a remarkable creature going to fail at such a simple task of feeding itself? To believe as you do, that the necessities must be guaranteed by government, is to believe that some people are just too stupid and inept to complete the simple goal of survival. My plans are as follows, moving down the list as hardship increases:1. get a job (odd jobs will do, mow your lawn gov'na?)2. request help from family & friends (can I crash at your place awhile?)3. request help from local charities (The Salvation Army has a listing of free places to sleep/eat in the city of Raleigh)4. Leave the area for better prospects (some organizations arrange free transportation for displaced individuals)5. Go Homeless (dumpster diving is a skill learned in college and never forgotten)That is really the lowest I'd ever go, but stealing food is an option available; it will even earn you a free place to sleep for a few days (jail).[Edited on September 29, 2005 at 12:09 AM. i dont think anyone was talking about giving everyone everything. what id rather focus on is what most european countries have now, a more socially-conscious, more democratic economic system. i want an economic system where there is more descision making at the local levels, decentralized and more fitted to the individual, not best fitted to profits.this sums it up better than i can, its pretty much what im getting at:
9/29/2005 1:13:14 AM
joining the military would be up there.
9/29/2005 1:58:58 AM
9/29/2005 2:05:55 AM
^^^ My God, how decentralized do you want it? There are over 3 million autonomous decision makers operating in this country, you call them companies. Some are large so they can serve us all, some are small so they can serve some of us better. Would you really prefer to replace all of them with a mere 50 autonomous planners (one for each state) or worse, just one (the federal department of economic planning)??? How the fuck does more democratic = fitted to the individual!?!? In the current system, you are a private citizen endowed with rights and freedoms to plan your life as you see fit, indidivualism to the extreme. In your plan, you have no rights or freedoms beyond what the majority votes you. Heaven forbid the majority dislikes you and your people and votes you to economic starvation.
9/29/2005 8:58:21 AM
i like how all i had to say was that bush won the election and it pissed off all the faggot pussy liberals...you're so adorable when you're defensive
