I've got an HP ProLiant DL 145, and I just installed XP Pro on it. Some of the devices want a driver, so I went to HP.com to get them, but they don't offer XP drivers, so I assume that they think all the drivers are included in XP? I tried DriverGuide.com and couldn't find anything. Also tried a general Google search with no result. Any advice?

Give the Win2k drivers a shot:http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_6020.html

Alas, no go, I get an OS not supported message when running the apps

Well I'm spent. You sure these devices are actually HP?

Well, I got tracing down things, and found that the NIC is a broadcom NetXtreme. So I went to broadcome, and found what they called the Windows XP driver for the NIC, and downloaded, but it came in some weird package, that I'm afraid I'm not l337 enough to deal with. So we're looking at switching to Windows 2000, which is supported, and more affordable than 2k3.
