In my experience, a store almost always receives a game the day after its official release date. At least here on the East Coast.

MK Shaolin Monk's release date was 20th according to Gamestop but they received them on the 15th (for sale)

im on the 8th chapter and i now have the Lunar staff at full power and my god is it awesome. By the way, a little hint to anyone playing, the wooden sword has 7 levels to upgrade, but turns into a pretty fierce weapon if you fully upgrade it. I wont tell you what, but its a sword from a movie.

naw, the skeletons that are right after the red wasp-like enemies. those bitches make me mad. i have been trying to beat them for 4 days now. i just need more health. all i have is an elixir and (if i make it through the battle with the red wasp-like enemies ok) a full health bar.

there is a trick to beating that one. Get the Vigoorian flail and go to one side of the screen (preferrably the one that they arent on). Charge your power strike up past the 2nd level (you should be able to do this once you take out the archers). Release the strike on the closest one and it will destroy him and any other around him. Then jump to the other side of the room and repeat. Do not use up your life refills because you are going to have beat a boss right after that.
