you are a dipshit if you think SUV drivers are "suffering" Johnny the SUV driver is used to paying thirty to fill up Sally the moped driver usually pays 5 to fill up Prices go up = Both have the same relative increase[Edited on September 1, 2005 at 2:05 AM. Reason : l]
9/1/2005 2:02:54 AM
But they sure are "bitching."
9/1/2005 2:04:00 AM
ahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahfucking suck on it
9/1/2005 2:04:42 AM
nah I'm not bitching cause I still drive a nicer car than alot of other people
9/1/2005 2:06:17 AM
^^^ so are non SUV owners[Edited on September 1, 2005 at 2:06 AM. Reason : s]

i hate the rise in gas pricesbut i hate SUVs tooi can get my hate and satisfaction at the same timespecial like that
9/1/2005 2:08:09 AM
^^ ITS STILL DOUBLE WHAT EACH IS USED TO PAYING YOU FUCKTARD
9/1/2005 2:09:22 AM
Yes,but the difference between smart and dumb used to be $25/week. Now it's $50/week
9/1/2005 2:10:43 AM
people drive vehicles to fit their needs
9/1/2005 2:14:47 AM
manPeople who ride in an SUV all alone are stupid.
9/1/2005 2:17:58 AM
9/1/2005 7:41:56 AM
Ive got a big truckit costs about 55 bucks to fill up, i do it once a week.I knew the fucker would be expensive when i bought it, so no, im not complaining.I AM going to complain if the gas stations no longer have ANY gas to sell me
9/1/2005 7:49:31 AM
9/1/2005 7:55:16 AM
at least 85% of people I see driving big SUV's and trucks do not use the vehicle for more than what a car can do. They drive them because they are big and they say they are safer than a car. Not to mention all the moms driving SUVs (attempting to drive?) because they think minivans will make them look silly.
9/1/2005 8:04:26 AM
my civic takes about 10 gallons to fill. at $2 thats $20, at $3 thats $30. and that tank lasts me a week and a half at 35 mpg. the $10 hit every fillup isnt making me cry.this chick i work with came in here crying about how shes gonna quit because she cant afford to drive to work. lives in fuquay, drives a 16 mpg 93 octane requiring lincoln LS. i have no sympathy for her.[Edited on September 1, 2005 at 8:41 AM. It's also pretty funny how SUV drivers assume other people think their SUVs are cool.hilarity all around.
9/1/2005 10:18:25 AM
they need reassurance.
9/1/2005 10:20:18 AM
i like how ppl who dont drive SUV's use the Hummer, Yukon, Expedition, etc as examples in their complaints against all SUV's.
9/1/2005 10:48:08 AM
as opposed to using the subaru outback? its a station wagon for fucks sake.
9/1/2005 10:53:55 AM
a saburban with its dismal gas mileage and 45 gallon tank is much worse than say...a wrangler, blazer, etc.
9/1/2005 10:56:50 AM
then maybe people should specify and be like big ass SUV's are retarded... better? the not so big ones are only somewhat retarded...
9/1/2005 11:04:04 AM
i agree that hummers and shit are worthless and 99% of the ppl who own them wont use them.if you want to transport kids there are plenty of medium sized suv's with 3rd row seats like the durango that would work fine.im sure that a greater percentage of ppl owning small/medium suv's use them to their capacity. i, for example, drive a grand cherokee. i regularly transport 3-4 ppl + many bags comfortably to the airport and play paintball whenever i can. my bag is huge and the paintball place is in a very craggy dirt road that would be a bitch in car. are these teh best uses for a grand cherokee? probably not, but it is very nice to have and prevents having to be crammed in long road trips or stuff my car with my pb bag (42x16x19). plus moving in/out of college thats 7+ hrs away with only 1 car is nice.on 3 seperate occasions ive had to haul stones for our garden this summer as well. wouldnt be close to possible in a car.what i do is neither impressive nor out of the ordinary, so i wouldnt say suv's are completely uncalled for.
9/1/2005 11:11:36 AM
My gf's dad drives his Expedition solo to work and back every day (and travels all over the state in it for bridge inspections and stuff), and now his wife is starting to bug him about gas prices. His sole justification for why he needs to keep such a large car is "But I have to transport all that stuff out to Carter-Finley for tailgaiting!"
9/1/2005 11:26:43 AM
they are fine for ppl that own and use them as a purpose vehicle. pulling a trailer, hauling rocks, etc. my jeep cj is just for fun, but at 13 mpg, it is parked for awhile.most americans own only one vehicle, and for a lot this vehicle is a damn h2 or rednecksuperduty or burban and so forth.that is the problem. you cant "use" your burban to drive to work efficiently.
9/1/2005 11:27:22 AM
If I can afford over $40,000 for a truck I am not worried about an extra $20 a week. I RICH BIATCH!
9/1/2005 11:28:05 AM
i've been driving my wrangler during my personal time, because if it runs out of gas, so whatbut i'm saving my work car's gas, cause i need that shit
9/1/2005 11:31:10 AM
9/1/2005 11:39:42 AM
i guess the mindset is that it is selfish for you to drive a gashog while the hippies try to conserve stuff.but it isnt very open minded to tell you what to do.stupid hippies.i will continue to ridicule you SUV drivers at the gas pumpsbut i dont hate you.
9/1/2005 12:02:53 PM
this is true. if it was only about needs there would be like 4 consumer cars types. 1 for single/couples, 1 that seats a small family, van for large families, truck for work stuff.[Edited on September 1, 2005 at 12:05 PM. Reason : but yes the pump can suck, but you know its gonna happen: $52 for me yesterday in FL]
9/1/2005 12:04:20 PM
hehlast night i was in my jeepand i rode by a gas station and because it was the first time i had ever seen a gas price that started with a fucking 3, i just went "SON OF A BITCH" out of instinct i guessand this woman pumping gas just popped her head up and stared at me
9/1/2005 12:04:52 PM
its a good thing you have a wood foot instead of a lead one.you would be paying much more for gas.
9/1/2005 12:09:50 PM
I get better gas mileage in my 4runner than i did in my G35.hell, back when i was 16, my "economy" plymouth reliant K only got about 16mpg.20mpg tain't bad.
9/1/2005 12:16:26 PM
aww i miss my k car.
9/1/2005 12:25:40 PM
I paid $35 bucks for 10 gallons this morning and still hit the boost hard when I was getting on the highway. If I don't bitch about $80/hour labor charges at a good shop, why should I care about an extra $0.75 a gallon? Fuck it.
9/1/2005 12:37:48 PM
If driving an SUV makes you stupid, what does driving a scooter make you?
9/1/2005 12:55:49 PM
riding a scooter makes you smart
9/1/2005 4:12:26 PM
^^ bicycle =/= scooter
9/1/2005 4:13:38 PM
hahahahahhaha suv's hahahaha
9/1/2005 4:27:31 PM
I couldn't find a picture of him on a scooter, so I plead out.

i'll gladly pay an extra $15 for my corolla, just to see suvs pay an extra $35
9/1/2005 8:27:35 PM
i was driving slowly through my neighborhood when i saw an H2 coming at me. i suddenly found myself blatently laughing at him, he saw. it was a totally natural reaction.. i didnt know i had it in me. i  myself
9/1/2005 8:44:36 PM
Well, I'm all against the H2, as anyone knows. But what he should have done is gunned it, landed his front wheels on your hood, and driven over you. THAT, I say, would have been poetic.
