Anyone else think it's funny that an MIT website was not only written in html, but they didn't even close the tag at the bottom.

so they didnt' close a fucking tag, it's not the end of the world. i often don't close all my tags unless i'm really thinking about it or it causes something not to work

Just thought it was cool that one of the top technical schools in the nation still obeys the KISS principle.



And the site has been up for a while, it's hard to believe I'm the first person to notice that the tag wasn't closed. It seems like a prestigious university like MIT wouldn't let something even that small slip. Especially since it's ground breaking work and they want/deserve some recognition. (see the info on the page for press contact info)

This was the plot of some outrageous movie made in the early 90's about some budding technology firm. The computer ends up using holographics as a display and looks like a flashlight.
