What's wrong with the Galaxy aside from it not being Madstone? I'd honestly really like to know what people think. We rarely get negative feedback, but I know it's out there.

The biggest difference for me is that at Madstone I wasn't the boss so it was okay for me to hit on all the girls.

Honestly, though, I know some things are different, but we are really trying to make it a great theater and I think we do a pretty good job. We don't have the support structure of a chain to fall back on, so sometimes things are a bit more ghetto, but we have good movies, good food, and, I dunno, some third thing too.

I'm not saying Galaxy is horrible or anything. Madstone just happened to be in the perfect location for me and had a ton of my favorite independent flicks. If the Madstone Theater had been a woman, I would have treated it to a nice dinner and followed that up with a nice walk through the park.

Another benefit of the Madstone is that I was able to throw popcorn at God/Machine when he would stand up front during premiers and give the little pep-talk they always gave (since Madstone didn't have any of that "LET'S GO OUT TO THE MOOOOOVVVIIIIEEESS" promos that most theaters have).

That was radical.

^ I would love to do a classic film series, and I've looked in to it, but there's no way I could do it without losing money unless people donated money.
