just got back from pumping Fe. did 275 on my 6th set of flat benchpress...finally getting back into shape. best yet, neither my rotator cuffs, elbows, or wrists, or TMJ (from clenching my jaw when i lift) are bothering me right now. hopefully i'll be able to say the same thing tomorrow morning.

yeah, 185 is about as much as i want to carry. it's the biggest i've managed to get while still being able to run fast (i like to stay 20:30 or better on my 3 mile run, which is hard for me even at 185.) plus, clothes never fit right, and i can't scratch my back b/c of my broke-ass shoulders.honestly, i'm perfectly content with 180.
