I found an egg, but then on the confirmation box the picture with the number wouldnt load and was one of those X-ed box things... whats up with that?

i was in the middle of clicking "confirm" for an egg and another egg showed up on the confirmation page and i confirmed that one too.. but it only showed +1 eggs on the leader board.. ????
