i way for people to input their apartment/complex/house and leave ratings/pros/cons and general comments.

a lot of people look for apartments around this time of year and it'd be cool having a student's opinion of where it's cool to live.

plus you 'find people near me' and potentially meet other wolf webbers that live in your complex.
