hey jake I sent you a mail about this but I wanted to ask about it here too - could you put up something telling exactly what is and isn't "abuse" ? I didnt even think of this as being abuse, for example - but in hindsight I can see why it is.

I'm paying you guys for premium service not to get html access, but to help you out with this, because I feel like you're doing something really great for us and working really hard on it.

It'd make it easier on us to follow the rules if we knew them more exactly
