Seriously, there must be some money to be made in data mining this content. The search feature is fine, but sometimes I haven't even been able to find my own quotes without looking through 900 posts.

Not only are there knowledgable people with useful information (particularly in tech talk), but the content has it's finger on the pulse of young college students (a valuable demographic). There must be a market somewhere for this kind of information. The problem is that once it becomes uncurrent it's gone forever.

I don't know how to do it, or what form it would take, but it would be interesting to find out if there was a way to do contextual searches, and if there was a market for that kind of data ... (maybe to promote premium memberships) ...
